# PSD Property Rooms

> Secure online Property Rooms by Property Searches Direct that help home sellers, homeowners and property professionals in England and Wales gather, store and share the documents needed for a property sale. Includes the optional TA Form Assistant for the TA6, TA10 and TA7 Seller Protocol forms.

PSD Property Rooms are operated by Property Searches Direct Limited (company number 15060591). The service is aimed at residential property in England and Wales. Each Property Room is private to its owner and only visible to people the owner invites (typically their estate agent and property lawyer).

There are three audiences:

- Sellers, who get a Property Room free for 60 days to collate everything their buyer's property lawyer will ask for before an offer is agreed.
- Homeowners, who pay once for lifetime storage of the documents handed over when they bought, so they are ready the day they sell.
- Estate agents and property lawyers, who can use Rooms with their clients and access an optional Marketing Suite.
